Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "qqqq", "we", "us", "our" — refers to the qqqq platform, available at qqqq.ws, and the legal entity operating it.
• "Player", "you", "your" — refers to any individual who registers an account with qqqq, accesses the platform, or uses any service provided by qqqq.
• "Account" — refers to the personal account created by a Player following successful registration on the qqqq platform.
• "Platform" — refers to the qqqq website at qqqq.ws, its subdomain pages, mobile browser versions, and all services accessible through those addresses.
• "BDT" / "৳" — refers to the Bangladeshi Taka, the official currency of Bangladesh, which is the primary currency used for all transactions on the qqqq platform.
• "Bonus" — refers to any promotional credit, free spin, cashback, reload offer, or other incentive awarded by qqqq to a Player under specific terms.
• "Wagering Requirement" — refers to the number of times a Bonus amount (or Bonus plus deposit amount, as specified per offer) must be wagered before withdrawal of associated winnings is permitted.
• "Real Money Balance" — refers to funds deposited by the Player from their own payment source, as distinct from Bonus credit.
• "BST" — refers to Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6, which is the reference time zone for all time-sensitive rules in these Terms.
• "KYC" — refers to Know Your Customer identity verification procedures that qqqq may require a Player to complete before permitting withdrawals or other account actions.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the qqqq platform in any capacity — including browsing the website, registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or claiming a bonus — you confirm that you have read these Terms & Conditions in full and agree to be bound by them. Your agreement also extends to the qqqq Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

If you are accessing the qqqq platform on behalf of another person, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that person to these Terms. However, please note that account sharing is prohibited under Section 4 of these Terms; each individual must maintain their own separate account.

qqqq reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Players are encouraged to review this page periodically. All amendments will be accompanied by a revised "Last Updated" date at the top of this document.

Eligibility and Age Verification

You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account or use any service on the qqqq platform. This is a strict, non-negotiable requirement. qqqq is an adult entertainment platform and maintains a zero-tolerance policy on underage gambling.

By registering, you warrant that you are 21 years of age or older. qqqq reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time, including but not limited to a national identity card (NID), passport, or birth certificate. Where age cannot be satisfactorily verified, qqqq will suspend account access and withhold any funds pending resolution.

You further warrant that:

• You are accessing the platform entirely on your own behalf, for personal entertainment purposes only.
• You are not acting as an agent for, or on behalf of, any other person or entity.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction in which accessing online gambling services is explicitly prohibited by applicable law and where such prohibition applies specifically to you.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from the qqqq platform or had an account closed for Terms violations.

qqqq employs automated and manual age and identity verification procedures. Any attempt to circumvent these procedures — including providing false documentation — will result in immediate permanent account closure and forfeiture of all funds, including Real Money Balance, in accordance with applicable fraud prevention obligations.

Account Registration and Security

Each Player may hold only one (1) registered account on the qqqq platform. Duplicate accounts — whether registered under the same name, email address, device, IP address, payment method, or household — are strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are detected, qqqq reserves the right to close all associated accounts and confiscate any balances, including Real Money Balances.

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your registration details. In the event that any information changes — including your email address or payment method — you must update your account details promptly by contacting support at [email protected].

Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. qqqq will never ask for your password by email, telephone, or any other channel. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify qqqq immediately at [email protected]. qqqq cannot be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised account access where the Player failed to maintain credential security.

qqqq reserves the right to close, suspend, or restrict any account at its sole discretion where it has reasonable grounds to believe that these Terms have been breached, that fraudulent or criminal activity is occurring, or that the player's continued access poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or other players.

Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

All financial transactions on the qqqq platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). qqqq supports deposits and withdrawals via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. The availability of specific methods may vary and is subject to change; the cashier section of your account will always display currently available options.

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200.
• qqqq does not charge a processing fee on deposits. Third-party payment providers (e.g., bKash, Nagad) may apply their own transaction charges, which are outside qqqq's control.
• Deposits via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to your account within 30 seconds of confirmation. Bank transfers may take up to one (1) Bangladesh Standard Time business day.
• All deposited funds must originate from a payment source registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party payment sources are not permitted and will be returned, minus any applicable reversal fees.
• qqqq reserves the right to request verification of deposit source at any time as part of its KYC obligations.

Withdrawals:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the qqqq account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.
• Before processing a withdrawal, qqqq may require completion of KYC verification, including submission of a valid national identity document and proof of payment method ownership.
• Withdrawal requests are processed within one (1) to three (3) BST business days. bKash and Nagad withdrawals are typically processed within the same BST business day when submitted before 18:00 BST.
• Any active Bonus credit at the time of a withdrawal request will be assessed against its respective wagering requirements. Bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements will not be included in the withdrawal amount.
• qqqq reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal. This does not constitute a refusal to pay and is a standard fraud-prevention measure.

Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

qqqq offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing Players. Each bonus is governed by its own specific terms, which will be communicated at the time the bonus is offered. The following general rules apply to all qqqq bonuses unless otherwise stated in the specific offer terms:

• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any winnings derived from bonus credit can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier will be stated in the individual offer terms.
• Bonuses are awarded in BDT and credited to the Player's Bonus balance, which is separate from the Real Money Balance.
• Unless otherwise stated, only one bonus may be active per account at any given time. Claiming a new bonus while an existing bonus is active may result in the forfeiture of the previous bonus.
• Bonuses are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and have no cash value until all associated wagering requirements have been met.
• qqqq reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time without prior notice, provided that such changes do not retroactively affect bonuses already accepted and in progress.
• Any evidence of bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim welcome offers, using irregular betting patterns to circumvent wagering requirements, or coordinating with other players to exploit promotions — will result in immediate forfeiture of all bonus funds, cancellation of associated winnings, and permanent account closure.
• qqqq does not offer bonuses to Players who have self-excluded or are subject to any active responsible gaming restriction on their account.
• Seasonal and cultural promotions (including those aligned with Eid, Pohela Boishakh, or BPL season) are subject to the same general bonus rules unless specifically overridden in the promotional communication.

Betting Rules and Game Play

All games and betting markets available on qqqq are provided by licensed third-party software providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. The rules of each individual game are governed by the respective provider's published rules, which are accessible within the game interface.

General betting rules applicable to all qqqq sports markets:

• All bets are final once confirmed. qqqq does not accept requests to cancel confirmed bets except in the event of a verified technical error on the part of the platform.
• In the event of an obvious pricing error (commonly referred to as a "palpable error"), qqqq reserves the right to void any bet placed at the erroneous price, regardless of the outcome of the event. Affected Players will be notified and their stake will be returned to their Real Money Balance.
• For in-play cricket markets (including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers internationals), odds are subject to suspension during interruptions to play including rain delays, drinks breaks, and DRS reviews. Bets placed on suspended markets will not be accepted.
• The minimum bet amount across all markets is ৳50. Maximum bet limits vary by market and event and are displayed in the bet slip at the time of placement.
• In the event of a match or event being abandoned, postponed, or otherwise not completing within the timeframe specified in the market rules, all open bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned.
• qqqq reserves the right to limit or decline any bet from any Player without providing a reason, particularly where the Platform identifies unusual or irregular betting patterns.

qqqq uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all casino games. All game outcomes are independently tested by the respective software provider. qqqq does not manipulate game outcomes in any way beyond the inherent house edge of each game, which is disclosed in the game's Return to Player (RTP) information.

Responsible Gaming and Player Protection

qqqq is firmly committed to promoting responsible gambling. The platform provides every account holder with a suite of player protection tools, accessible directly from the account settings panel without requiring a support ticket. These tools include:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly BDT deposit caps on their account. Limits take effect immediately when set to a lower amount; increases to limits are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period (BST).
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure session duration reminders referenced to Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6).

• Cooling-Off Period: Players may take a temporary break from the platform for periods of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days. During a cooling-off period, the account remains open but no deposits or bets are accepted.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to permanently or indefinitely stop gambling on qqqq may request self-exclusion by contacting [email protected]. Self-exclusion takes effect within 24 hours of confirmation and the account will be closed. Winnings accumulated before self-exclusion will be paid out in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures.

Prohibited Conduct and Fraud Prevention

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the qqqq platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required:

• Registering more than one account, whether in your own name or using falsified identity information.
• Using another person's identity, payment method, or account credentials to access or fund a qqqq account.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification.
• Attempting to deposit funds derived from criminal activity (money laundering). qqqq complies with all applicable anti-money laundering (AML) obligations and will report suspicious transactions to the relevant authorities.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings accrued as a result of a software error are void and will not be paid out.
• Colluding with other players in poker, live dealer games, or any other game format to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or other artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform without prior written authorisation from qqqq.
• Engaging in any form of bonus abuse as described in Section 6 of these Terms.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or access the source code of the qqqq platform or any game software.
• Engaging in any conduct that harasses, threatens, or abuses qqqq staff or other players.

Intellectual Property

All content on the qqqq platform — including but not limited to the qqqq logo, website design, graphic elements, text, software code, game interfaces, promotional material, and the qqqq brand name — is the intellectual property of qqqq or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the qqqq platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, redistribute, publish, display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the qqqq platform without prior written consent from qqqq.

Game content provided by third-party studios (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi) remains the intellectual property of the respective studio and is used by qqqq under valid licensing arrangements.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, qqqq shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the qqqq platform or any service provided through it.

Without limiting the foregoing, qqqq specifically excludes liability for:

• Loss of funds due to unauthorised account access where the Player failed to maintain credential security as required under Section 4.
• Losses arising from interruptions to the platform caused by factors outside qqqq's reasonable control, including internet service outages, power failures, acts of God, or third-party payment provider disruptions.
• Losses resulting from a Player's decision to gamble in excess of their personal financial means.
• Any tax liability arising from winnings, which remains entirely the Player's personal responsibility.
• Losses arising from a Player's reliance on any information displayed on the platform that was later found to contain an error, where such error was corrected promptly upon discovery.

The qqqq platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While qqqq uses 256-bit SSL encryption and industry-standard security practices, no digital platform can guarantee absolute security against all possible threats. qqqq does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or harmful components.

Privacy and Data Protection

qqqq collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection, use, and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

qqqq will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with third-party service providers (including payment processors and KYC verification services) strictly for the purpose of operating the platform and fulfilling these Terms. Full details of data processing activities, your rights as a data subject, and how to exercise those rights are set out in the Privacy Policy.

Amendments to These Terms

qqqq reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, qqqq will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document. Where changes are significant, qqqq may additionally notify Players via their registered email address or through a notice displayed on the platform upon next login.

Your continued use of the qqqq platform after any amendment has been published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and, if applicable, request closure of your account by contacting [email protected].

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms & Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws relevant to the operation of the qqqq platform.

In the event of a dispute between you and qqqq, you should first contact our support team at [email protected] and allow qqqq a reasonable opportunity to investigate and resolve the matter. qqqq aims to respond to all formal dispute submissions within five (5) BST business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication with qqqq support, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith mediation before pursuing any formal legal proceedings. qqqq's decision on all matters relating to game outcomes, account actions taken under these Terms, and bonus forfeiture shall be final, subject only to a finding of bad faith or manifest error on qqqq's part.
